Lipstick, Masks, & Goggles

As secret skeletons take me to a place unbeknowst to me, a shadow casts its reflection to a place I used to want to be. Tainted glass, spray painted walls, and graffiti'd images seem to block my usual 20/20, my hindsight never failed me in my early to mid 20's. Now that I am damn near 30, the effervescent stench of regret sometimes tries to taunt me, to make me repeat history. naw that ain't even me, so I let it be. You say you deserve more than you speak, but I hear you loud and clear no lyrics planted on pandora's repeat, only false wishes granted, lipstick, masks and goggles make everything look tainted….
