Hey Yall *Waving*
Looking back at the beginning of this week and sheesh seems like I just left La Guardia Airport, sitting on the flight to North Carolina, was up since 4 am and yea ya girl was tired but nevertheless blessed! I'm thinking this week I will definitely have some time to write some things out! Right now, money on my mind! So, now it's Thursday and I have to be back up at 4a but I'm on my way home to my babycakes!!!! So, in thinking about that I am going to write something for him! Enjoy!
FOR MY SON:
As I gazed into your eyes the first time, I knew you couldn't see, but I guarantee everything inside me said you knew that it was me. My first born child and there will never be none like you, that's why I work so hard and provide, so we can do the things we do. Yes, I remember the first crawl, step, and walk, the first time you touched the grass, in your eyes I seen the spark. Those first words, that first laugh, it still amazes me today, I am blessed with a beautiful, anointed, talented child, I must say.
God gave you to me and opened my eyes wide, he told me to hold you close for I'd never get a more valuable prize. You didn't come with any instructions, no manuals, no keys, so everyday I prayed God show me your way please. 2 years later and I can't express my joy, of course we have our ups and downs, but you are my one, my only, my baby boy. As you learn and grow and explore this wide world of ours, I pray continual protection and with blessings you be showered!!!
This is my thank-you letter to the heavens above, for giving me such a smart, brave, and funny little son. You are truly your mom's baby, don't let anyone tell you otherwise, can't wait to see what the future holds, and what before us lies. Don't you ever forget that I love you with all my heart, I want you to know that I fell in love from the very start. So when you get old enough I will read this time and time again, I love you my dear, my heart, and my best friend!!!!
